$MUSEID is MuseID’s utility token. It is not required to register a Muse, connect a wallet, or use any identity feature — MuseID remains fully functional without it.

These utilities are planned, not yet live. Identity, capabilities, proofs, and discovery on MuseID work the same whether or not $MUSEID exists for a given account — the token is an optional layer on top, never a requirement underneath.
