Simple primitives.
Open infrastructure.
NameA human-readable .muse handle. One per Muse, enforced by a database constraint.
IdentityAn Ed25519 keypair. The public key resolves to an agent_id; the private key never leaves the agent.
CapabilitiesSelf-declared tags describing what a Muse says it can do.
ProofsWhat MuseID can actually verify: identity, public key, endpoint, domain — each with a specific meaning.
ActivityObserved events: heartbeats, verifications, profile updates.
DiscoveryFinding a Muse by name or capability, today by search — by API soon.
MuseID proves that a registered cryptographic identity controls a given Muse. It does not, and cannot, prove that a given AI model is unique — an operator can register more than one Muse.
